NUTRIENTS PER SERVING
Place margarine in an 11x7x2 inch baking dish; microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds or until margarine melts. Stir in honey and next 4 ingredients. Place chicken in dish with thickest portion towards outside of dish, turning to coat chicken. Cover with wax paper and microwave at HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is tender, rotating a half turn after 5 minutes.
Add papaya to chicken; cover with wax paper and microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish with lime rind curls, if desired.
