|4 ounces||Cream cheese, softened|
|½ pounds||Sugar; icing|
|2 tablespoons||Cocoa (sifted)optional|
Soften the cheese and butter at leaving at room temperature. Beat in the sugar and then add the vanilla and cocoa (if you desire a cholocate icing;otherwise use almond or other flavoring for a white frosting.) This frosting is best on carrot cake or on the cholocate zucchini cake.
