Hot chocolate souffle

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup Sugar; divided
4 Eggs; separated
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla
½ cup Broken pecans
Whipping cream; whipped

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Stir in ⅓ cup sugar. Beat egg whites and salt. Continue beating and add ⅓ cup sugar.

Combine yolks and whites. Fold in chocolate. Add vanilla and nuts. Turn into a well-buttered 1 quart casserole. Set casserole in pan of hot water.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375ø. Serve with whipped cream. Yield: 6 servings.
