Measure Ingredient
340 grams Chopped fresh tomatoes
1 medium Potato; diced
1 \N Carrot; diced
55 grams Red or white chopped cabbage
1 medium Onion; chopped
100 millilitres Olive oil
\N \N Sea salt
\N \N Black pepper

Put the tomatoes in a saucepan with 500ml of cold water. Simmer for 30 minutes and add the vegetables, oil and seasoning Cook for 45 - 60 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Serve.
