2tablespoonsSpicy brown mustard
cupCrushed butter-flavored crackers (about 8 crackers)
cupDry bread crumbs
1tablespoonVegetable oil
1tablespoonButter or margarine

Directions

Flatten pork to ⅛ inch thickness. Combine honey and mustard; brush over both sides of pork. In a shallow bowl, combine cracker and bread crumbs; and pork and turn to coat.
