Homemade enchiritos

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Hamburger; (2 to 4) |
| 1 | small | Jar taco sauce |
| 2 | smalls | Cans tomato paste |
| 2 | packs | Taco seasoning mix |
| 2 | cups | Water |
| 1 | pack | Cheddar or jalapeno |
| Cheese | ||
| 1 | Onion | |
| 1 | pack | Flour tortillas |
Directions
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix together taco sauce, tomato paste, taco seasoning and water. Pour half the mixture over drained hamburger mixture. Dip onto shells one at a time, wrap up and place in casserole dish. Pour remaining mixture over enchiritos, grate cheese and put on top.
Bake until cheese melts. Can be microwaved to melt cheese.
