Hearty minestrone 2

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Italian sausage, mild
1 cup Onions -- chopped
2 \N Cloves garlic -- crushed
2 cans Beef broth (14.5 oz)
15 ounces Garbanzo beans
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 cup Sauerkraut -- drained
½ cup Pasta, small
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Zucchini -- sliced

Brown meat, onions and garlic in 3 quart saucepan. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except zucchini. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes. Add zucchini. Simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Serve with crusty italian bread if desired. 305 calories and 6 grams fat.
