This bread machine recipe is delicious and one of my favorites Add ingredients to your Bread Machine pan in the order given. If using the time bake cycle, place the carrots away from the yeast. This will help prevent the carrots from turning brown.

This recipe can be used with the regular, rapid, or delayed time bake cycles.
