Hawaiian sweetbread souffle

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | King's Bakery sweet bread |
| 1 | quart | Milk |
| 9 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 2 | Apples; peeled and grated | |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | Stick butter | |
Directions
Slice bread ½ inch thick. Lay flat in a 9" x 12" pan. Dot with butter.
Mix milk, beaten eggs and sugar well. Pour over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon and grated apples. Refrigerate overnight and bake uncovered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
