300gramsPaneer; cubed and fried
250gramsTomato; pureed and strained
4tablespoonsOil or ghee Grind together:
3Onions
½Pod garlic
½Inch ginger
3Green chillies
2tablespoonsCoriander leaves
12Cashewnuts
6Cardamoms
6Cloves
1teaspoonCoriander seeds
Salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil and fry the ground masala for about 7 minutes. Add tomato puree and fry some more. Add ground peas and keep stirring. Add 2 cups warm water and cook till peas are tender. Before serving add fried paneer cubes.
