Yield: 3 ounces
Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Full cream milk powder |
2 teaspoons | Ghee, melted |
2 tablespoons | Lukewarm milk |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a soft bowl forms.
Note: I don't know the US equivalent of khoya or full cream milk.
