Ham-broccoli rollups

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Frozen broccoli spears
4 slices (1 oz) lean cooked ham
2 slices (1 oz) Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons Commercial reduced-calorie creamy Italian Dressing
Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons 40% less-fat cheddar cheese; shredded

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.

Divide ham into 2 portions. Top ham slices with cheese slices. Arrange half of broccoli on each cheese slice; spoon dressing over broccoli. Roll ham and cheese around broccoli; secure with wooden picks.

Place rollups in a 1 quart baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle 1 tablespoon shredded cheese over each serving, and bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove wooden picks from rollups before serving.
