Ingredients

1Stalk celery; chopped
2cupsOkra; sliced (fresh or frozen)
Salt and pepper to taste
1canItalian-flavored crushed tomatoes
1teaspoonGarlic powder
dashTabasco sauce
1cupWhole kernel corn, fresh or frozen

Directions

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. May be served over rice for a main dish.
