Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Green pepper; diced |
| 1 | Stalk celery; chopped | |
| 2 | cups | Okra; sliced (fresh or frozen) |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | can | Italian-flavored crushed tomatoes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| dash | Tabasco sauce | |
| 1 | cup | Whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen |
Directions
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve. May be served over rice for a main dish.
