2 larges Celery stalks with leaves; chopped
8 \N Pea pods; chopped; up to 10
8 \N Green beans; chopped; up to 10
2 \N Overripe tomatoes
12 cups Water
4 \N Cloves
2 teaspoons Salt
1 small Cassia leaf or bay leaf
1 \N In pc cinnamon stick

Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 75 min partially covered. Strain.
