Green ravioli with walnuts and ricotta

| 1 | Recipe for green pasta dough | |
| 2 | pounds | Ricotta cheese |
| ¾ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
| 8 | larges | Basil leaves |
| ½ | pounds | Mozzarella cheese; grated |
| Salt; pepper, to taste | ||
| 1 | pinch | Walnut |
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Roll out dough very thin n⅗ in the machine 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white 4. Press to adhere.
5. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water Serve with tomato sauce
