Green ravioli with walnuts and ricotta

1Recipe for green pasta dough
2poundsRicotta cheese
¾cupChopped walnuts
8largesBasil leaves
½poundsMozzarella cheese; grated
Salt; pepper, to taste
1pinchWalnut

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients

2. Roll out dough very thin n⅗ in the machine 3. Fill raviolis, baste edges with egg white 4. Press to adhere.

5. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water Serve with tomato sauce
