Gravlax sauce (cold mustard sauce)

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Mustard
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
6 tablespoons Oil
6 tablespoons Fermented cream
\N \N Dill

Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar in a bowl. Add oil a little at the time until well blended. The sauce will thicken rapidly and must be stirred viorously. Add fermented cream and a lot of finely chopped dill.
