Ingredients

½kilogramsCauliflower; cut into medium

3Big potatoes; cubed
3Tomatoes; finely chopped
1Onion finely chopped
11 inch piece ginger
1teaspoonRed chilli powder
1teaspoonHaldi
1teaspoonGaram masala
Salt to taste
2tablespoonsGhee
Sliced green chillies and chopped
; coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions

Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
