Measure Ingredient
½ kilograms Cauliflower; cut into medium
\N \N ; sized flowerettes
3 \N Big potatoes; cubed
3 \N Tomatoes; finely chopped
1 \N Onion finely chopped
1 \N 1 inch piece ginger
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Haldi
1 teaspoon Garam masala
\N \N Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Ghee
\N \N Sliced green chillies and chopped
\N \N ; coriander leaves for garnishing

Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
