Gnocchi with tomatoes

10millilitresOlive oil
15gramsBasil; chopped less a
; couple of leaves
; for decoration
4largesTomatoes; diced and seasoned
; with sugar, salt
; and pepper
10gramsCapers packed in oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook the gnocchi in salted water.

Mix the tomatoes, basil, oil and capers. Drain the gnocchi and add to the sauce. Serve on a plate. Finish with a grind of black pepper and decorate with the remaining basil leaves.
