Gnocchi with tomatoes

Measure Ingredient
400 grams Gnocchi
10 millilitres Olive oil
15 grams Basil; chopped less a
\N \N ; couple of leaves
\N \N ; for decoration
4 larges Tomatoes; diced and seasoned
\N \N ; with sugar, salt
\N \N ; and pepper
10 grams Capers packed in oil
\N \N Salt and pepper

Cook the gnocchi in salted water.

Mix the tomatoes, basil, oil and capers. Drain the gnocchi and add to the sauce. Serve on a plate. Finish with a grind of black pepper and decorate with the remaining basil leaves.
