1 cup | White vinegar |
½ cup | Dry white wine |
¼ cup | Water |
¼ cup | Apple juice |
2 teaspoons | Salt (omit for low-sodium diets) |
8 \N | Peppercorns |
1 teaspoon | Dried dill weed |
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in a closed jar for two days.
