1 | cup | White vinegar |
½ | cup | Dry white wine |
¼ | cup | Water |
¼ | cup | Apple juice |
2 | teaspoons | Salt (omit for low-sodium diets) |
8 | Peppercorns | |
1 | teaspoon | Dried dill weed |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate in a closed jar for two days.
