Garlic soup (veg times)

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ quart Water
4 Potatoes, diced
1 Carrot, diced
2 Celery stalks, diced
1 Onion, diced
2 larges Bulbs garlic, peeled
½ teaspoon Thyme
1 dash Cayenne
Salt to taste

Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve.
