Garlic soup (veg times)

| 1 | Carrot, diced | |
| 2 | Celery stalks, diced | |
| 1 | Onion, diced | |
| 2 | larges | Bulbs garlic, peeled |
| ½ | teaspoon | Thyme |
| 1 | dash | Cayenne |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve.
