Garlic soup (veg times)

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ quart Water
4 \N Potatoes, diced
1 \N Carrot, diced
2 \N Celery stalks, diced
1 \N Onion, diced
2 larges Bulbs garlic, peeled
½ teaspoon Thyme
1 dash Cayenne
\N \N Salt to taste

Bring water to a boil. Add vegetables, garlic & spices. Cook over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Puree & serve.
