Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Cream | 
| 8 | ounces | Semi-sweet chocolate, chop | 
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter, softened | 
Directions
Bring cream to a boil. Transfer to medium bowl and immediately add choc. l smooth. Let cool slightly. Whisk in butter by teaspoonfuls.
