| 1 | Fresh Apple, Unpeeled, sliced OR a handful of dried apples | |
| Handful Of Seedless Raisins | ||
| Handful Of Dried Apricots | ||
| Handful Of Pitted Prunes | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
Directions
Salt and pepper the chicken pieces, then marinate chicken in fruit juices and onion for 1 hour or so (reserve marinade). Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown both sides of all chicken pieces in oil. Place chicken in a covered casserole and cover with marinating juices plus the remaining ingredients. Bake for 45 mins, basting occasionally with marinade and pan juices.
Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
