Fruit salad for a crowd

Yield: 100 servings

Measure Ingredient
48 eaches Oranges, sectioned and then halve the sections
4 eaches 15oz cans pineapple chunks
2 pounds Grapes
½ pounds Candied cherries, halved
2 cups Walnut pieces
12 eaches Bananas, cubed
2 quarts Mayonnaise or salad dressing
12 eaches Heads lettuce


In large bowl, combine all the fruit and then toss with the dressing.
