2cansGoya pinto beans. 59 cents per can is much cheaper than Old El Paso
½mediumOnion chopped
1Tomato chopped
2Or more fresh jalapenos; chopped
½teaspoonCumin
2Cloves garlic; minced
6ouncesBeer

Directions

Bring to boil. Cook on low for 10 minutes until onions get soft. Salt and white pepper to taste Add fresh cilantro just before serving.
