Frienship cake (suzanne)

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Fruit and juice from starter
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 each Yellow cake mix (not pudding in the mix)
1 each Box vanilla pudding mix
4 eaches Eggs
⅔ cup Vegetable oil

Mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil in bowl. (ignoring cake mix directions) Make a thick batter. Fold in nuts and fruit.

Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350F for 35-55 minutes.

Will rise nicely but does fall when cool. Good with cream cheese frotsting or plain cakes freeze nicely. If you freeze starter, let it thaw completely before adding first ingredients. Origin: Suzanne Campbell, friend Shared by: Sharon Stevens Submitted By SHARON STEVENS On 11-12-94
