Fried duck breasts

Quantity Ingredient
2 \N Wild duck breasts
\N \N Flour
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Oil

Bone ducks. Beat to tenderize. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll in flour. In skillet, pour 1 inch oil; heat and fry breasts until done.
