Fresh fruit salad with orange vinagrette

| Lettuce | ||
| 1 | medium | Avocado, peeled & sliced |
| 2 | cups | Fresh Fruit Slices or Chunks |
| Mint Leaves | ||
Directions
Whisk oil, orange juice, vinegar, orange peel and salt in a bowl.
Line four salad plates with lettuce. Arrange avocado and other fruits on lettuce, dividing equally. Drizzle each serving with a generous tablespoon of vinaigrette.
