Fresh blueberry tarts

Ingredients

1packCream cheese; softened, 8 oz.
¼cupPacked brown sugar
1packGraham cracker tart shells; 6
2cupsBlueberries; fresh, divided
3tablespoonsSugar
1teaspoonLemon juice; fresh
1teaspoonLemon peel; grated

Directions

In a bowl, mash 3 T. blueberries with sugar, lemon juice and peel. Add remaining berries and toss. Spoon into tarts. Chill for 1 hour. Source: Taste of Home Magazine: June/July 1995.
