Fresh blueberry tarts

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Cream cheese; softened, 8 oz.
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
1 pack Graham cracker tart shells; 6
2 cups Blueberries; fresh, divided
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice; fresh
1 teaspoon Lemon peel; grated

In a bowl, mash 3 T. blueberries with sugar, lemon juice and peel. Add remaining berries and toss. Spoon into tarts. Chill for 1 hour. Source: Taste of Home Magazine: June/July 1995.
