Measure Ingredient
4 cups Bread flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
3 packs Yeast Pinch sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt BAGUETTES:
1 pack Mix
1½ cup Warm water

Mix: Combine well and store in an airtight container.

French Baguettes: Combine mix and water. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead 5-8 minutes. Let rise until doubled. Cut in half and form into 2 long narrow loaves.
