Flavoured oil for stir frying

2tablespoonsGingerroot, chopped, fresh
2tablespoonsRed Pepper Flakes
5Garlic Cloves, fresh, sliced

Directions

Heat gently for 5 minutes. Cool; transfer to a glass jar. Cover and refrigerate, do not store at room temperature. Use the oil for stir-frying.
