Flavoured oil for stir frying

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Gingerroot, chopped, fresh |
| 2 | tablespoons | Red Pepper Flakes |
| 5 | Garlic Cloves, fresh, sliced | |
Directions
Heat gently for 5 minutes. Cool; transfer to a glass jar. Cover and refrigerate, do not store at room temperature. Use the oil for stir-frying.
