Fish with spinach souffle

| 1 | Frozen spinach souffle | |
| 4 | Fish fillets | |
| 1 | can | Cream of chicken soup | 
| 4 | ounces | Cheddar cheese, grated | 
Directions
I credit this recipe to Mary Brent, once director of the New Beginning Center that I used to volunteer at. 
Thaw spinach souffle, halfway. cut into 4 pieces. wrap a fillet around each piece of souffle. Place in a greased 8 x 8" baking dish. 
Pour soup over the top. Sprinkle cheese on top of soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
