Fish balti

Ingredients

455gramsColey or cod fillet; fresh or defrosted,
; skinned and cubed
115 ml spoon sunflower oil
1smallOnion; chopped
1Clove garlic; crushed
1430 g jar Balti sauce
Salt and pepper
2Tomatoes; quartered
115gramsFrozen green beans or spinach; slightly thawed

Directions

Heat the oil in a large pan. Cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute.

Add the Balti sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add the fish and seasoning. Cover and cook gently for 15 minutes.

Lightly stir in the tomatoes and green beans or spinach. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with naan bread or Basmati rice.
