Filipino bean, shrimp and spinach

Ingredients

| 4 | ounces | Onion, finely diced |
| 1 | small | Garlic clove, minced |

| 12 | ounces | Cleaned shrimp |
| 1 | cup | Cooked fresh lima beans |
| 1 | cup | Cleaned spinach |
Directions
In saucepan combine water, tomato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp, beans, and spinach and return to simmer for 5 to 8 minutes more or until shrimp are pink and firm. *From Weight Watchers International Cookbook* Submitted By MICHELLE BRUCE On 01-31-95
