Filipino bean, shrimp and spinach

1mediumTomato, sliced
4ouncesOnion, finely diced
1smallGarlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper or soy sauce
To taste
12ouncesCleaned shrimp
1cupCooked fresh lima beans
1cupCleaned spinach

Directions

In saucepan combine water, tomato, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
