Fennel mashed potatoes

| 2 | Yukon gold potatoes, peeled | |
| And diced | ||
| 2 | cups | Diced fennel |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| ¼ | cup | Whipping cream |
| Salt & freshly ground pepper | ||
Directions
Place potatoes and fennel in cold water, bring to a boil and boil for 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes and fennel are tender. Drain well.
