Favorite cream puffs

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Oil
1 cup Water
1 cup Flour
4 \N Eggs
\N \N Filling
\N \N Powdered sugar

Bring water & oil to a boil & add flour, making a paste. Beat paste in electric mixer & add eggs, one at a time, until thoroughly mixed. Drop dough by tablespoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 325& bake 30 minutes more or until lightly browned on top. After cooking, fill with your favorite cream filling & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 10-12 puffs.
