Esther's chocolate zucchini cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Margarine
½ cup Oil
1¾ cup Sugar
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Sour milk
2½ cup Flour
4 tablespoons Cocoa; or less
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 pinch Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cups Zucchini

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients to first mixture and beat well. Add zucchini.

Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
