In large skillet, prepare or reheat "Hacker Helper". Stir in spices and ½ c salsa. Simmer until heated through. Fill tortillas one at a time with 2-3 tbs wheat mixture and sprinkle with 2 tbs cheese. Roll up and place seam side down into a large shallow baking dish. Top with remaining salsa and cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Garnish w/ cilantro. F.A.T.
