Elegant seafood quiche

Measure Ingredient
1 9-inch pie crust
1½ cup Shredded Swiss cheese*
1 pack (8 oz) crab flakes
½ cup Green onion slices
2 tablespoons Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
4 Eggs
1¼ cup Half and half

Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle cheese, crab flakes, onion, flour, and seasonings on top of pie crust. Beat together eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set. Makes 6 servings.
