½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 cup | White sugar |
1 cup | Brown sugar (packed) |

½ \N | To 1 cup chopped nuts (can be a mixture of nuts) |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | Nutmeg |
1½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ teaspoon | Ginger |
1 teaspoon | Cloves |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 teaspoon | Rum or rum flavoring |
1 teaspoon | Brandy or brandy flavoring |
¾ cup | Sesame seeds |

Heat oven to 350. Grease a bundt pan well*. Let oatmeal sit in water (juice) Cream butter and sugars. Blend in eggs one at a time. Stir in flavorings. Dump in flour, salt, soda and spices. Beat till smooth.
