Dutch potato rolls

Milk
Butter
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
3Egg yolks
2tablespoonsTomato paste
2ouncesHam, finely chopped
Butter for frying

Directions

Cream mashed potatoes with milk, butter, seasonings and nutmeg to taste. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, tomato pur‚e and chopped ham. With floured hands, shape into smalll rolls and fry in butter until golden brown all over. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
