Dutch potato rolls

3 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tablespoons | Tomato paste |
2 | ounces | Ham, finely chopped |

Directions
Cream mashed potatoes with milk, butter, seasonings and nutmeg to taste. Remove from heat and add the egg yolks, tomato pure and chopped ham. With floured hands, shape into smalll rolls and fry in butter until golden brown all over. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
