Ingredients

| 4 | Feet small hog casings | |
| 4 | pounds | Domestic duck |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt, or to taste |
| 2 | teaspoons | Black pepper |
| 4 | cloves | Very finely minced garlic |
| 1 | teaspoon | Marjoram |
| 1 | teaspoon | Summer savory |
| ½ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sweet paprika |
Directions
Prepare casings. Grind duck through the fine disk; combine with remaining ingredients and grind again. Stuff casings and twist off into 3-4" links. Saute in oil until evenly browned and cooked through.
