Double boiler polenta with parmesan and butter+

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Recipe double boiler Polenta see preceeding recipe
4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, softened +
4 \N Pats butter for garnish
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for passing

Prepare Double-Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter and ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Divide polenta among 4 bowls. Top each with a pat of butter and sprinkle generousely with Parmesan cheese to taste.
