4 tablespoons | Unsalted butter, softened + |
4 \N | Pats butter for garnish |
½ cup | Grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for passing |
Prepare Double-Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter and ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Divide polenta among 4 bowls. Top each with a pat of butter and sprinkle generousely with Parmesan cheese to taste.
