Dolcelatte and orange salad

125gramsDolcelatte cheese; cubed (4oz)
25gramsPinenut kernels; toasted (1oz)
3tablespoonsOlive oil
2tablespoonsRed wine vinegar
1teaspoonWholegrain mustard
1tablespoonFreshly chopped coriander
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

FOR THE DRESSING

1. Arrange the salad on a large serving plate and scatter over the orange segments.

2. Top with the dolcelatte cubes and sprinkle over the nuts.

3. Blend together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.

Serve immediately with warm slices of ciabatta Converted by MC_Buster.
