Dilled lime cream cheese

| 3 | larges | Scallions finely chopped |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Dill, finely chopped plus extra sprigs for garnish |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Lime juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Lime zest, finely grated |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the scallions, chopped dill, lime juice, lime zest and pepper and beat until combined.
