Ingredients

1cupSeedless dates; cut into fine pieces
½cupMilk
¾cupSugar
¾cupGhee
½cupCashewnuts; cut into fine pieces & fried
25gramsPistachio nuts; chopped

Directions

Mix together milk, sugar and dates. Keep this mixture to boil. When boiling, add ghee. Then add ¼ cup of cashewnuts. Cook on slow fire till the mixture is almost dry and the halwa is formed. Remove from fire, spread it on a dish and add the rememing ¼ cup of cashewnuts. Garnish with the chopped pistachio nuts.
