Curried ostrich bites

| ½ | pounds | Chicken livers |
| 1 | pounds | Bacon - lean |
| Sliced water chestnuts | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry powder (or to taste) |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
Directions
Combine ostrich, liver, salt, curry powder and soy sauce in a bowl.
Marinade for at least 1 hour. To make the appetizers (bites) wrap a slice of bacon around one slice of water chestnut, one piece of Ostrich Meat and one piece of liver. Secure with a toothpick and place on a baking tray. Put them in a hot oven until bacon is crisp - about 15 minutes.
