Cuban chicken

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Oil; vegetable
1 \N Garlic clove; minced & peel
1 \N Onion; small purple peeled
½ pack Peas;frozen,thawed;10 oz
1 can Tomatoes;1 lb peeled, drained & chopped
3 cups Rice; cooked, cold
1 cup Ham; slivered
2 cups Chicken;cubed & cooked
½ cup Olives;green; pimento stuffed sliced
1 \N Avocado;peeled & pitted

Heat wok, add oil, garlic, onion & peas. Stir fry about 2-3 minutes till onion is soft. Add tomatoes, rice, ham, chicken and olives. Stir and lift till heated, place in centre of large platter. Surround with slices of avocado.
