¼ cup | Oil; vegetable |
1 \N | Garlic clove; minced & peel |
1 \N | Onion; small purple peeled |
½ pack | Peas;frozen,thawed;10 oz |
1 can | Tomatoes;1 lb peeled, drained & chopped |
3 cups | Rice; cooked, cold |
1 cup | Ham; slivered |
2 cups | Chicken;cubed & cooked |
½ cup | Olives;green; pimento stuffed sliced |
1 \N | Avocado;peeled & pitted |
Heat wok, add oil, garlic, onion & peas. Stir fry about 2-3 minutes till onion is soft. Add tomatoes, rice, ham, chicken and olives. Stir and lift till heated, place in centre of large platter. Surround with slices of avocado.
