Crockpot fish chowder

1 | \N | To 1 1/2 lb fish water to cover |
1 | pint | Milk |
7 | tablespoons | Margarine |
4 | mediums | Potatoes, peeled and diced |
1 | large | Can evaporated milk salt and pepper |
Use any fish or combination that includes flounder, ocean perch, haddock, halibut, or sole. Directions: Saute onions in 4 tbs of margarine. Cut fish into bite size pieces and add to onion and in crockpot (set on high). Cook until fish is flaky (about 4 hours). Add potatoes , cover with water and boil for 40 minutes. Add milk and evaporated milk and cook on low for 20 minutes. salt and pepper.
