Creamy coffee tortoni

1tablespoonInstant coffee granules
2tablespoonsSugar
2tablespoonsBoiling water
1packSlivered almonds; (2.25 ounce) toasted
1tablespoonCreme de cacao
1teaspoonVanilla extract
1Container frozen whipped topping; (8 ounce) thawed

Directions

Dissolve coffee granules and sugar in 2 tablespoons water; cool. Fold coffee mixture, almonds, creme de cacao, and vanilla into whipped topping.

Cover and freeze overnight.

Makes 4 servings.
