Creamy coffee tortoni

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Instant coffee granules |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Boiling water |
| 1 | pack | Slivered almonds; (2.25 ounce) toasted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Creme de cacao |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | Container frozen whipped topping; (8 ounce) thawed | |
Directions
Dissolve coffee granules and sugar in 2 tablespoons water; cool. Fold coffee mixture, almonds, creme de cacao, and vanilla into whipped topping.
Cover and freeze overnight.
Makes 4 servings.
