Cream puff pastry

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
½ cup Unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon Salt
1¼ cup Flour
4 Eggs

In saucepan bring the water,butter and salt to a boil. Take off heat and add flour all at once and mix till forms a ball. Put back on heat and stir until hot, remove again from heat and stir till cool then add eggs one at a time and blend in. Add ½ c grated cheddar cheese and mix well. Put in pastry bag and make blobs onto parchment paper on cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and bake in 425 oven 25 minutes. Remove and punch hole through bottom of puff, put back into 375 oven for 10 min. to dry out. When cool insert filling of your choice through hole.
